I will continue to target new markets by expanding the range of
services that I offer; and by continuing to improve and refine my
software development skills. |

How do I get paid? |
Answer: |
I get paid hourly. Employer keeps track of the time I spend
working in a standard time sheet format that is used for payroll and
billing purposes. Work loads fluctuate somewhat from week to week
and day to day. Over time will be paid 1:1 of my rate. The number of
hours I work per month is fairly consistent and is determined
largely by the my employer. |

How do I will communicate? |
Answer: |
I have a FirstClass server that we use for conferencing, email,
and file transfer. I connect to the server via TCP/IP. I also spend
a good deal of time on the telephone. I have voice mail and cell
phone and I am available 24 hours a day everyday (even on weekends
and holidays). |

What kinds of projects am I able to work on? |
Answer: |
All kinds of projects! I have to understand my clients'
industries in order to develop their applications. Each new project
is an introduction into a new world with new terminology, new
challenges, and new problems to solve. It is an ideal environment
for me. I love to learn! |

Can I handle a big project? |
Answer: |
Yes. On big project I will work with my own team of programmers.
I am a technical leader and will be responsible for managing the
project and assigning tasks to one or more programmers. All
programmers are supervised by me. For small projects I work alone.
